1.  OVERVIEW

GoSource is a curated marketplace connecting homeowners and trade professionals with leading surface brands such as MSI, Caesarstone, and others. When you purchase through GoSource, your order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand vendor.

GoSource serves as your dedicated logistics coordinator — handling all shipping details on your behalf, including scheduling, freight payment, delivery confirmation, and communication with carriers. You benefit from our vendor relationships and logistics expertise without having to manage the freight process yourself.`

2.  SHIPPING COVERAGE

GoSource ships to all 50 states across the United States. Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may require extended lead times or additional freight coordination. If your delivery address presents any special considerations, a GoSource representative will advise you prior to scheduling.

3.  SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not included in the listed product price. Freight is quoted separately and depends on your order size, material type, and delivery destination.

How freight pricing works by product type:

  • Tile, flooring & other surface products purchased online: An estimated shipping cost may be displayed at checkout for reference. A GoSource representative will follow up after your purchase to confirm the final freight charge before your order ships.
  • Slab orders: Freight is coordinated directly with your GoSource representative as part of the order consultation. No online checkout estimate is provided for slabs.

Final freight charges will always be confirmed with you before shipment is arranged. We will never ship your order without your authorization of the applicable freight cost.`

4.  PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SHIPPING POLICIES

Due to the nature of stone slabs versus other surface products, GoSource applies different shipping protocols depending on the product category.

4.1  Slabs (Quartz, Marble, Granite & Natural Stone)

Slab orders are shipped via freight carriers and are delivered directly to your designated fabricator's shop or stone yard. This is a standard industry requirement: slabs must be professionally handled, measured, and cut to specification prior to installation and cannot be delivered to a residential address or job site.

Key details for slab shipments:

  • Delivery type: Curbside freight — the carrier delivers to the curb or loading dock of the fabricator's facility.
  • Delivery destination: Your fabricator's shop or stone yard, as confirmed at the time of order.
  • The fabricator's facility must have the appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, A-frame, overhead crane, or vacuum lifter) to safely unload slabs from the truck. GoSource is not responsible for unloading assistance.
  • GoSource will coordinate the delivery date and time window directly with you and your fabricator to confirm availability and readiness.
  • Please ensure your fabricator is informed of the upcoming delivery and is fully prepared to receive the shipment on the agreed date.

Lead time for slabs varies by brand, material, and availability. Your GoSource representative will provide a specific estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.

4.2  Tile, Flooring & Other Surface Products

Tile, flooring, and other non-slab surface products are shipped via freight carriers and delivered curbside to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Key details for tile, flooring & other product shipments:

  • Delivery type: Curbside freight — the carrier delivers to the curb or nearest accessible point at your address. Carriers are not responsible for bringing materials inside a building, garage, or up stairs.
  • Please ensure that sufficient space is available at the delivery address and, if needed, that additional personnel or equipment are present to assist with moving materials from the curb.
  • GoSource will confirm your delivery scheduling details with you prior to shipment.

Lead times vary by product and brand. Your GoSource representative will provide a specific estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.

5.  SELF PICK-UP

GoSource offers a self pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their order directly. We will coordinate all necessary details on your behalf, including the pick-up warehouse location, date, available time window, and any relevant handling instructions.

To arrange self pick-up:

  • Notify your GoSource representative at the time of ordering or before shipment is scheduled.
  • Pick-up is available at participating vendor warehouse locations only and is subject to product and location availability.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate transportation and equipment to safely load and transport your order.
  • GoSource is not liable for damage that occurs during customer-arranged transport after pick-up.

6.  DELIVERY INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Stone, tile, and surface materials are heavy and can be susceptible to damage during freight. Proper inspection at the time of delivery is critical to protecting your purchase.

⚠️  IMPORTANT: You must inspect your delivery in the presence of the delivery driver BEFORE signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL). Once signed without notation, the shipment is considered received in satisfactory condition and no claims for visible damage or shortage can be accepted.

At the time of delivery, you must:

  • Count all pieces, bundles, or units and verify the quantity matches your order documentation.
  • Inspect all packaging and visible surfaces for damage, cracks, chips, or breakage.
  • Note any damage, shortage, or discrepancy clearly and specifically on the delivery receipt / BOL before the driver departs.
  • Photograph all damaged items and packaging at the time of delivery.

Additional damage claim guidelines:

  • Concealed damage (not visible at delivery but discovered upon unpacking): Contact your GoSource representative as soon as possible. Concealed damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be reported promptly with photographic evidence.
  • Do not refuse delivery unless specifically directed to do so by your GoSource representative. Unauthorized refusals may result in return freight charges and restocking fees.
  • GoSource and its vendor partners cannot be held responsible for visible damage or shortage that was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

7.  DELIVERY SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION

Once your order is confirmed, a GoSource representative will contact you to coordinate all delivery details. Communication typically covers:

  • Estimated delivery window and lead time specific to your product.
  • Confirmation of delivery address (or fabricator address for slab orders).
  • Point-of-contact information for the day of delivery.
  • Any special access requirements or unloading considerations.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of ordering and that a responsible party is available at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery window. Missed deliveries may result in re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
