n the heart of West Hollywood, Under Construction Inc. led a striking transformation of a Huntley Drive property that still had all its original finishes. What began as a dated residence evolved into a polished, modern retreat—complete with new interiors, a fully reimagined backyard, and curated material selections sourced in partnership with GoSource.

Project Overview

This project was more than a refresh—it was a total reintroduction. Under Construction Inc. overhauled the interiors, replacing every finish from flooring to lighting. A key move was the removal of the original garage, which opened the door for a new outdoor program: a sleek pool, architectural trellises, and hardscaped zones that extend the living space outward.

With so many finish surfaces requiring high design continuity, GoSource stepped in to manage material procurement across interior and exterior scopes.

The former garage was replaced with a sleek metal and ipe wood trellis and a new pool, turning the backyard into a true extension of the home. GoSource provided the trellis materials, coping, and hardscape finishes for a unified exterior.

The fireplace was re-clad with matte tile that adds tone-on-tone texture while letting the millwork shine. GoSource sourced and delivered the fireplace tile, doors, hardware, and flooring visible throughout the space.

A freestanding soaking tub, large-format tile, and minimalist plumbing define the new primary bath. GoSource supplied the tile and tub, aligning finishes with the soft monochrome concept.

Clean white cabinetry is paired with warm-toned slab countertops and backsplash tile supplied by GoSource. Pendant lighting, hardware, and integrated appliances complete a functional, modern kitchen that connects seamlessly to the new backyard and pool area.
